Terms of use
These terms describe the intended service. Operator identity, contact information, applicable law, dispute handling, and final commercial terms must be completed before commercial launch.
The marketplace
Shorteri helps people discover short-form video creators, view their portfolios, and contact them externally. We do not manage projects, contracts, escrow, payments, or conversations between buyers and creators.
Your account and portfolio
You must control your sign-in email or Google account. Provide accurate information and link only work and images you have permission to showcase. You are responsible for the public contact information you choose to list. Do not publish deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate material.
Review and publication
Profiles are reviewed before publication. An approval means the portfolio was accepted for listing; it is not a guarantee of performance, availability, professional credentials, or any project outcome. Administrators may request changes, reject, suspend, or remove profiles. There are no reviews or transaction ratings in this version.
Direct contact and external services
External links and video players use the relevant platform’s services. Any collaboration is agreed directly between buyer and creator under their own terms. External providers may apply their own terms, data practices, and access restrictions.
Launch promotion
The first 100 creator profiles approved for the first time receive a recorded eligibility of three free months. Position 100 qualifies; position 101 receives the standard one-month offer. Registration, drafts, and submission do not reserve eligibility. A recorded approval position is not reassigned when a profile is suspended or removed.
Listing access begins at first approval. The first 100 retain a permanent Founding Creator badge. After the free period, Basic or Featured listing access can be purchased when prices and payment instructions are enabled. Payments use Serbian IPS QR instructions and manual administrator verification. There are no automatic charges or renewals. Expired access can hide a profile from discovery after the configured grace period; profile data remains available in the creator workspace.
Referral credits and partners
A creator referral qualifies once, after an approved referred creator completes the applicable launch free period and makes a first paid payment that is verified. Registrations, approval and free grants do not earn credits. Two credits can be redeemed for one Basic month; six for one Featured month. Rewards start after existing access. Duplicate identities, self-referrals and reversed payments are ineligible; fraud corrections are recorded in the credit ledger. Partner attribution is separate and does not also grant creator referral credit.
Analytics
We measure marketplace impressions, profile views, and external clicks. A contact click is not a confirmed message, lead, booking, or sale. Counts may be affected by browser settings, repeated visits, bots, network failures, and consent choices.
Operator details and requests
The operator must add a legal business name, contact email, address where required, and final account-removal and complaint processes here before commercial launch.
